Mettle provides flexible, non-medical home support for older adults and families who need a little more help to make everyday life at home work well. Our PSWs can provide respite for family caregivers, assistance with personal routines, meal and household support, and meaningful companionship. Each visit is shaped around the individual, with the goal of making life at home safer, more manageable, and more comfortable while preserving familiar routines, personal choice, and independence.
Personal Support
Our PSWs provide respectful, hands-on assistance with bathing and hygiene, dressing and grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers within PSW scope, and other activities of daily living. Support is based on what each person needs while encouraging independence wherever possible.
Respite Support
Mettle’s respite support gives family caregivers dependable time to rest, attend appointments, manage responsibilities, or simply step away. A PSW stays with their loved one, providing attentive supervision and maintaining familiar routines so families can take that time with confidence.
Companionship
Companionship focuses on connection, engagement, and enjoying everyday life at home. Visits may include conversation, walks, shared activities, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and dementia-friendly supervision, tailored to the person’s interests and routines.
